Corebird is a Native Gtk+ Twitter client for the Linux desktop, if you want to try this new Twitter client, you can install it on Ubuntu via PPA, just execute some commands below:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3-staging

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntuhandbook1/corebird

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install corebird
